Boasting an ultra-low RDS(on) of just 1.0 mΩ (typ. @ 10V) and a continuous drain current rating of 220A, the DTQ6013N06SG significantly reduces conduction losses while supporting high torque requirements. Its optimized gate charge (Qg = 168 nC typ.) minimizes switching losses in high-frequency PWM motor drives, improving thermal management even at 100% UIS tested ruggedness. Packaged in a space-saving DFN5x6-8L format, it enables compact motor driver PCB designs without compromising its 600A pulsed current capability.
