To ensure uninterrupted workflow, Din-Tek recently organized a two-week team outing with a rotational grouping approach. One group explored the picturesque destinations of Dali and Tengchong in Yunnan, while the other embarked on a journey to the historically rich Beijing. Personally, I opted for the Yunnan route—Beijing’s late autumn chill was notably harsh, whereas Yunnan offered comfortably temperate weather.

The Yunnan itinerary proved unforgettable: Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain reflected each other’s splendor in Dali, while Tengchong’s magnificent volcanic landscapes left us in awe. Coupled with a diverse array of local delicacies, the experience captivated us all. Conversely, the Beijing tour was equally spectacular—Tiananmen Square, the Badaling Great Wall, the Palace Museum, and the Summer Palace, each a site I had longed to visit for years.
Post-trip, both teams returned thoroughly rejuvenated. The outing not only strengthened colleague camaraderie but also recharged their energy for future work challenges.
